Fourth of July celebration and fireworks show from Stearns Wharf

Stearns Wharf celebrates Independence Day with the best view of the annual fireworks show.
The wharf offers many attractions while you are waiting for the fireworks show to begin including:
- Face painting
- Live music by Area 51
- Festive treats including ice cream, sherbet, candy, popcorn, fudge, and cotton candy
- Jewelry, art, crafts, gifts, and toys
- Shells, minerals, and fossils

Watch the fireworks after dark from one of the best locations in the city with the display shooting off right next to Stearns Wharf.
The July 4 festivities will require that vehicles coming onto Stearns Wharf to be prohibited after 3:30pm. Vehicles will be allowed to exit until 4:30pm. This will allow pedestrians safer access onto and off of Stearns Wharf.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of Stearns Wharf. Stay tuned to for the lineup of the Wharf Wednesday concerts, and other events that will take place throughout the year. The big anniversary bash will be on Saturday, October 8th.
