Stearns Wharf has been open during the Pandemic with only a few of the restaurants available for takeout. Phase 2 implementation has allowed almost all of the businesses to reopen. The Sea Center and Conway Winery will start to reopen when safe to do so, likely in Phase 3.

There’s a lot of room for safe distancing, all the restaurants have outdoor seating, and as always – fishing is free. We believe everybody should stay healthy, so masks are required for entry into the shops and restaurants; Lil’ Toot is wearing a mask too!.
Stearns wharf has the best views of the Channel Islands and Santa Barbara. Parking on the wharf and the adjacent lots are not monitored at this time, so take advantage of the free parking. Visit your favorite shop or restaurants and watch for future openings!
